Purpose
To respond to enquiries and, if requested, prepare a service proposal. Do not submit sensitive data or confidential documents through the form.
Data requested
Name, organisation, email, type of organisation, need and description of the challenge. A phone number is optional.
Legal basis and retention
We process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you actively give by checking the relevant box (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). If you request a proposal or pre-contractual measures, preparing them may also rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Enquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months after receipt, unless they lead to a contractual relationship or a legal retention obligation applies. We periodically review the mailbox and delete enquiries when this period expires. We do not send marketing or automatically add contacts to mailing lists.
Recipients and transfers
Your details may be accessed by authorised Portocelo Networks SL personnel and by our hosting and corporate email provider where necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell or commercially disclose your data and do not use an external form service. No international transfer is envisaged for direct delivery to our corporate mailbox; this notice will be reviewed and updated before introducing any additional providers.
